Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using hvacrepaircharleston.com (the "Site") or the services of All Star Heating & Air Conditioning ("HVAC Repair Charleston," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Services

HVAC Repair Charleston provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services in the Charleston and Summerville, South Carolina area. All services are subject to availability, our service area, and any written service agreement between us. Site content is for general information and does not guarantee a specific result for your system.

Estimates, Pricing & Payment

Service prices are quoted before work begins. Estimates are valid for the period stated and may change if conditions differ from those observed at estimate. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made in advance. Card payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Financing

Financing is offered through independent third-party providers and is subject to their approval, rates, and terms. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions. When you apply, you leave our Site and your application is governed by the provider's terms and privacy policy.

Warranties

We provide warranties on parts and labor as specified in your written service agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment per the manufacturer's terms. Except as expressly stated, the Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Site or our services.

Scheduling & Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur a service fee as described at the time of booking.

Text Message (SMS) Terms

If we operate an SMS/text-message program, the following terms apply. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from or on behalf of HVAC Repair Charleston at the number provided.

Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise. (Any arbitration or class-action-waiver terms must be added and reviewed by counsel.)

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
